I know absolutly nothing about instruments (i sing, lol, but that’s it), but even i can feel the power and feeling behind his music. God, this is beautiful stuff, and i wish i could be HALF as good as him.

I play violin and ive only seen the staff music never seen tabs for violin
Of course he didn’t …
Of course he didn’t learn tabs (do you even call it tabs on the violin?) or whatever your talking about, he wrote the song. Yann Tierson’s ability is without a doubt beyond 90% of musicians today, but many other musicians can play songs they did or didn’t write without looking at their instruments, all while improvising, it’s not an uncommon occurrence.
